Good luck for people starting school tommorow!

I’m sorry my friends, but I’ll have to post up the recording tommorow. I have to go to bed, I’m starting Freshman year tommorow! It’s my first day of Grade 9 tommorow! Keep in your prayers, that I don’t trip over my feet, forget my locker combination, or I don’t get lost in those freakishly huge hallways. And for others starting school tommorow, and ones who have started already, good luck!!!

Remember, my recording will have a full David Archuleta slideshow with it, with some amazing pictures. Don’t miss it! Note I won’t be able to psot anything until later in the afternoon, 3:00 PM Eastern Time, from now on, since I finish school at 2:30 PM Eastern Time, and I must walk home. Don’t worry, u’ll get your daily david from me still! I’ll make sure to update tommorow with new Minneapolis videos that I haven’t posted today yet, since today was his break, so no new news should really appear. Have fun!

UPDATES FROM THE MIDWEST & A HEARTFELT MENTION FOR THE SOUTH Hey everyone. I’m here in Minnesota for our day off and am on my way to the airport for Wisconsin. I’ve been recording today, which is what I do on my days off lately haha. But I love it! It’s so much fun. Some recent things that have happened were our Minnesota show, and 2 Kansas City shows. All the crowds were amazing! And it was really special to be in Cook’s hometown. Another thing that happened this week is that I got the rough cut of the ‘Crush’ video! It was so crazy to see a professional video done for me, and I can’t wait for you guys to see it. It was cool watching how a video comes together right from the beginning of the video treatment and hearing the idea of the director, to seeing it come to life with the cameras, cast, and music haha. It’s still hard having to watch yourself, but you have to make sure everything looks good for everyone to see haha. I’m getting a little better with that though. On a more serious matter, I just want to make sure we remember everyone in the South who are dealing with the storms down there. My family in Florida have struggled quite a bit with hurricane experiences and it’s always a scary thing. So just remember to keep them in your prayers and hope the best for them. Well, here’s a video of David trying to find a way to carry all his gifts, while his bodyguards stand by him, apparently either stupified, or envious of all the gifts David has recieved. Hey, is that bodyguard trying to sneak away with that huge gift basket? LOL! Note the “Help Him, Help Him” chant:

In other David news (off of FansOfDavid): “upon seeing a sign in the crowd that said “David Archuleta is as hot as an Enchilada,” Cook has now christened David with a new nickname.  Yes.  Enchilada.”

Ohmy. Cook really knows how to create a stage prescense! I would love to see Cook call Archie “Enchilada” . Here’s another mention of it, in a Minneapolis Idol review in the “Star Tribune”:

“David Cook. The good: The riveting reworking of “Billie Jean” and his spontaneity and quick wit (he actually responded to people in the crowd, loving the sign “David Archuleta is hotter than an enchilada” and then saying, “you gave him a new nickname. Enchilada.)“

How’s that for spontaneity and quick wit? We just need another archucook bear hug, and our life will be complete .

Oh poor Jason! He’s getting attacked by oars!!

This is by far one of the best Mavids in the history of Mavid

I feel so bad for Jason there. But it looked like Jason was having a fine time being attacked by MJ and Cook with long , wooden oars . LMAO!

On a lower note…no Cookleta again . Sigh…maybe they just need some inspiration time…we’ll wait for you, Archucook! (Although I do find it funny for how long Cook was applauding David. Looked like Cook was doing anything to force Archie to not do his jumping act )

Oh no! Fanblast ran into a technical glitch!

I almost freaked when I went to David Archuleta Fanblast, and saw a message saying it was deleted! I was like, “WHAT? NOOOO!!!”. Well, I went and googled, “David Archuleta fanblast deleted”, to see if I could find an explanation. After a bit of searching, I found out! Thank you so much to David Archuleta Indonesia for clearing up the issue. Since the blog has some indonesion parts, I’ll write them in translated form:

Because of having something and so on the matter, for the time being DavidArchuletaFanBlast in redirect to FanBlast Extra! That was sister site from Fan Blast. Expected this Tuesday to have been again normal. (This is not gramatically correct, I know, but I copied it off the Indonesian-English Translation, and translation sites naturally don’t write things gramatically correct.
